Note: Real Bounce does not directly store full credit card numbers or security codes on our own servers. Real Bounce provides entertainment for children, but our website and booking services are directed at adults (parents, guardians, and event organizers).

When you book an inflatable or party equipment for a child’s birthday party, you (the adult Customer) are providing the necessary contact and payment information. The names and ages of the children attending the party are considered Event Details provided by the adult to ensure we provide age-appropriate Equipment and enforce capacity/safety limits.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent (e.g., a child creates an account on their own), we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers. Real Bounce may offer the option to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) regarding delivery updates, setup confirmations, and promotional offers. If you opt in to receive text messages, the following terms apply:
